Launched in 2021, Psychae is a not-for-profit medicinal psychedelics research institute in Melbourne, Australia
‘Psychae’ means ‘souls’ in Latinised Greek, and is represented in our logo by the symbolism of mirrored butterfly wings. This reflects the therapeutic journey via psychedelic medicines into one’s deeper neuropsychological framework to elicit profound healing

Psychae Institute is dedicated to researching novel psychedelic therapies as treatments for mental disorders and other diseases, as well as supporting psychological wellbeing.

We envision a world where rigorously tested scientifically-supported psychedelic medicines are an additional treatment option within mainstream health systems for people experiencing mental health disorders and other health conditions.
